Microsoft announced that Citrix was named a Finalist in two categories of Microsoft’s coveted Partner of the Year awards — Global ISV Business Excellence and Commercial Marketplace Partner of the Year.

As a Global ISV Business Excellence Finalist, Citrix is driving customers to Azure on an accessible, secure modern workspace that enhances user experiences and simplifies IT while reducing costs associated with managing devices and apps, including optimization of Azure Virtual Desktop.
Accelerating Customer Success with Citrix and Microsoft
Last year was big for a few important reasons. The massive shift to remote work in response to the COVID-19 pandemic showcased Citrix solutions globally and the Azure platform progressed from “a vision for the future” to a preferred deployment method for many of our customers. As organizations continue their modernization to cloud, we expect to see Azure, and Azure Virtual Desktop, continue as leading platforms for app and desktop virtualization.
We recognized early that Azure will have a profound impact on the way IT rolls out new capacity. We believe our customers, Citrix, and Microsoft all benefit from this shift in workload hosting, and in the years ahead we will continue investing in optimizing our DaaS solutions on Microsoft-trusted platforms. Making Digital Transformation Practical via Microsoft’s Azure Marketplace
Citrix is investing in Azure Marketplace as the future of purchasing and delivery of partner solutions. We have onboarded our entire product suite to the Azure Marketplace, including new transactable solutions across Citrix cloud services, DaaS, as well as application delivery. Customers can even get started with a 7-day trial of Citrix DaaS Standard for Azure, available on the Azure Marketplace, to unlock secure digital workspaces.
Through the Azure Marketplace we can easily engage with customers to share add-on products and solutions to integrate with services such as Azure Virtual Desktop and Microsoft 365. We’re deeper than ever in our sales, marketing, and engineering partnership and even constructed an informational microsite to guide customers to our Azure Marketplace listings.
The alignment with Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment Benefit (MACC), in the Azure Marketplace has helped us engage our customers in new, friction-free approaches. These programs have reduced barriers for customers and drastically simplified complex transactions so they can easily access powerful tools that help modernize their businesses.
